Meet Our Staff

Started in 2011. Lindsey is a hometown girl, and is married to a farmer….Court Doubet. They have 3 kids. Her passion is being a mom, she dabbles in art, and likes to 4 wheel. Lindsey’s Grandpa, Don Niebuhr used to work at Wight Chevrolet back in the 60’s.

Started in 2000. Jeff can fix almost everything. Jeff has 3 kids – Kevin, Nick, and Lillie and has 2 grandkids. Jeff organizes Knox County’s largest Spoon River Canoe expedition every year! In his younger years, he ran his own mechanic business out of our current location in Kickapoo, Wight Auto Sales.

Started in 2020. Nolan graduated from ICC with the GM ASEP program in 2015. He worked at a big dealership, and really likes small town living. He now lives in a small town, and loves the outdoors – fishing and sports. Nolan’s favorite team is the Tennessee Titans.

Lorin grew up in and graduated from Williamsfield HS. He is the better looking/better athlete/smarter twin than his brother, Calvin. Just kidding. Lorin excels in sports - he played basketball, golf, track, cross country. He is an All Chicago fan - Bears and Cubs.

Melissa was born and raised here in Billtown. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Mark, for 19 years and counting. Together, they have a daughter named Maggie. Melissa loves that Maggie is able to grow up in the same place that she did. She loves her small community and enjoys being outside and being active. Melissa is a super detailer!!

Graham is a freshman at North Central Collegel. He's the youngest of Alan & Kathy's 4 boys. Graham is our radio personality for Wight Chevrolet. He was a driver for the Williamsfield HS robotic's team (The Bionic Bombers) and was all conference in football, baseball, & basketball. Graham was also All State in football last year.

Started in 1999. Bill lives in Brimfield, has 2 kids – Nicole and Luke and 3 grand kids. Bill likes renovating houses and dealerships (he did our renovation in our service department!!). Bill likes to go to car shows.

Lee was the Dealer at Wight Chevrolet for 25 years and has been in the business since 1971. Lee loves to meet new people, so be sure to say hello. Lee says: "In a small town, everyone knows everyone. It's not possible for us to get away with a bad deal or shoddy service. We must treat all our customers like we treat our friends in this community.

Alan grew up in the family business and is the Dealer at Wight Chevrolet. Over the years, he has performed just about every function that can be done here. Alan began selling cars and trucks with Lee (his dad) in 1995, and is proud to be the first of the 4th generation in the family business. Alan is, of course, "Parker's Dad" and "Graham's Dad" (from the radio commercials). He and his wife, Kathy are the proud parents of four boys - Parker, Garrett, Harrison, and Graham.

Started in 1983. Mari is Gordon and Anita’s daughter and is married to Gary Hess and has 4 kids – Brionna, Shea, Rhianna, and David, and has 5 grandkids. It’s a special place when family gets to work together. Mari, Lee, and Alan love working together.

Started in 2002. Sales at Wight Auto in Kickapoo. Matt is married to Alli and has three kids. Matt grew up at Wight Chevrolet. He was the janitor when he was in high school. He co-created the Parker Wight radio commercials back in 1996. He has sold a lot of vehicles from our Kickapoo location. He lives in Williamsfield and has a barn that was featured in the Williamsfield Ag Day calendar.
